Day 1(5/7): Arriving Brisbane...

Finally, after tiring flight, we arrive Brisbnae International Airport.  The Airport is clean and tidy.  Not many passangers in the flight we took.  So not many people waiting in the custom.

After getting everything done, we take train to the city.  It took us AUD 14 each to get to city from the airport.  The weather is warm and easy.  I made a call home to tell mom I'm here and how warm the weather it is here.  Ha~

 

We actually did many things in the first day:

1. Checkin @Chill Backpackers: We booked "Triple room".  The price is fair: 33 per head per day.  The hostel is new and clean.  Though the room is not really big, but well...I think it's good enough.  The view in the roof is great!  The only regret is we don't really have chance to chat with other backpackers.  Not many crazy backpackers live here.  It seems other hostel is more fun to them, coz this one doesn't have a bar.

 

2. Open an account @ ANZ: The clerk is really kind and nice.  We actually chatted a lot than the real business.  I select the 2nd great plan fr my bank account(AUD 2 monthly for account management; 6 free withdraw per month).  We will get the debt card by next Thursday

 

3. Get TRF: Done with few difficultities.

 

WoW....

 

After all these, we went back for a long nap and went to our first good friend "Coles" for our food supply.  There are lots of nice food there.  I really want to buy many things but it's really not convenient to tkae them in a youth hostel...
